After being scheduled for a new patient appointment, you will be seen as soon as possible. Be prepared to bring anything that will help us provide you the best treatment; including medical records, lab test and a list of all your current medications. Please arrive 20 minutes before your first appointment, unless instructed otherwise, and 5 minutes prior to follow-up visits.
We attempt to stay on schedule to keep you from waiting. Please do not be late for appointments. We appreciate your patience for the occasional emergency which may delay your visit. If you cannot keep an appointment, please let us know immediately so others can be seen and keep our wait time to a minimum.

Our office will file many insurance claims for your convenience. Co-payments are expected at the time of service. Payment plans may
be arranged for patients based on need. Billing or insurance questions should be directed to our Billing Department at (205) 599-4274.
Accepted Health Plans
The following is a list of health plans that we currently participate as In-Network. Even if you are not a member of one of the following groups we will still be happy to submit a claim form on your behalf for your visit. Please keep in mind that it is your responsibility to determine if your insurance policy considers our practice as In-Network or Out-of-Network. At your request, we will be happy to assist you in determining your coverage for both in-office visits and hospital visits at Trinity Medical Center. Copays and deductibles are collected at the time of the visit as required by your insurance company.
